The Bambrella Hurricane Side Wind is the best-selling water resistant cantilever parasol in our online store. Incredible features, including a high resistance to wind and a head-turning design means this parasol is propelled to the top of everybody’s ‘most-wanted’ list without fail. With its bamboo finish frame and wide canopy, alongside a unique design means that it is a perfect accompaniment to any commercial or hospitality business, such as pubs, cafes and terraces. It’s also not limited to the commercial sector, and can be used as a stylish sun shade in your private residential garden.<\/p>\n

After the installation is complete (we strongly suggest 2 people for this), start turning the crank handle clockwise until the canopy is opened completely. Continue turning the winch, and you can have a slight tilt of the canopy at about 45 degrees. The base tube has a 360-degree rotating mechanism and offers the possibility to rotate the parasol and find the best shading position. Don\u2019t forget to tighten the securing screw after changing its position, so that the wind doesn’t spin the parasol.<\/p>\n

Note that this is a controlled environment with the parasol bolted to the ground, and we advise all of our clients to keep the parasol collapsed and in a protective cover when not in use.<\/p>\n

The frame<\/strong> \u2013 Created for harsh weather conditions, the frame and ribs are made from top quality aluminium, while the hub and runner are made using marine-grade nylon. All remaining bits and fittings are stainless steel.<\/p>\n

The canopy<\/strong> \u2013 Can be printed with a company logo on top or on its valance. Acrylic, Bamcrylic and Recasens are the 3 different choices available. Granite base with wheels<\/strong> \u2013 This type of base allows you to move and adjust your parasol wherever the shade is needed. The 3m Square model has [top base = 2 x 70kg granite] and the 3.4m Square – [top base = 2 x 70kg granite and for the bottom base = 2 x 30kg concrete sheets].<\/p>\n
